Refund policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchased item, you have 30 days after delivery of your order to return an item. After 30 days of delivery of your order, we will no longer accept returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at: info@barakahjewellery.com, Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and let you know whether your refund was approved or rejected.
Shipping Cost
If you would like a refund or exchange, you will be responsible for all shipping costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for a return, the cost of shipping to and from our warehouse will not be included in your refund. Please consider using a trackable shipping service: we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged and defective products
We suggest that you inspect all packaging received for any defects. If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately and we will work with you. Damaged or defective items will be replaced.
We will require images of the damages to the product and of the original packaging received along with its shipping label.
Damaged items need to be reported within 5 days of receipt. Once your return request has been received, our customer care team will reach out to you within 1 business day.
Refund
Untracked - Following the order being processed and shipped, Barakah Jewellery does not take any accountability for the orders as these are untracked, so we can not offer a refund. Please take a measure of risk when ordering this service.
Tracked - Items will be traced from shipment right to your desired location. In the unfortunate circumstance that your order is lost or underdelivered a full refund will be offered.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that it may take up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
